Competitive Comparison

A different capability class

Compared with the undercover-agent tools agencies already use — LETS Corporation and Callyo among them — this platform is not a better version of the same product. It collects across the whole device, while those tools concentrate on agent safety, virtual numbers and limited communication recording.

Product category

Two categories, not two brands

LETS and Callyo class tools exist to protect the agency's own officers and keep them in contact: virtual numbers, recording of calls through those numbers, and basic positioning of agency handsets. The UnderCover platform is an Android implant with a full Command & Control dashboard, giving deep technical access across the entire device surface — for devices of interest as well as agency devices, under lawful authority.

Category A

Undercover-agent tools

LETS, Callyo and similar

Specialized platforms built around the safety of the agency's own officers and informants.

  • Virtual numbers for controlled contact
  • Recording and logging of calls through those numbers
  • Basic GPS positioning of agency-controlled devices
  • A legitimate agency application, installed openly
Category B

Implant + C2 platform

UnderCover

Full remote-access capability installed on the Android device itself, operated from a single agency dashboard.

  • Implant capable of monitoring any Android device it is installed on
  • Deep access across calls, messengers, screen, camera, microphone and files
  • Agency-operated Command & Control dashboard with audit trail
  • Delivered with the full source code for implant and dashboard

Competitor capabilities are described from publicly documented feature sets and may change with each vendor's releases. Verify current capability directly with each provider before relying on this comparison in an acquisition decision.

Key advantages

Where the difference becomes operational

01

Depth of intelligence collection

Live screen recording captures content after the application has decrypted it for display, so application-level encryption stops being a barrier. Combined with full file-system access and notification interception, operators obtain messages, credentials, documents and media that would otherwise stay out of reach.

02

Encrypted application coverage

WhatsApp, Telegram and Signal calls — voice, and video where the platform supports it — are recorded on the device. Notification previews and one-time codes from those and other applications add real-time visibility into authentication and messaging activity, well beyond cellular calls.

03

Physical and network context

Remote camera and microphone turn the device into a physical surveillance sensor. Location is reinforced by cell-tower triangulation and Wi-Fi network data, and the network scan lets the device act as a reconnaissance point inside a local network — other devices, open ports, paths to move further.

04

Ownership and operational independence

Both the implant and the dashboard are delivered as source code. Agencies deploy on air-gapped or sovereign infrastructure, modify capabilities to match their own legal and operational requirements, and carry no long-term dependency for updates, support or feature development.

Evaluation notes

What separates the two classes

Four things decide whether an agency is comparing two versions of the same tool, or two different classes of capability.

01

The capability gap

The undercover-agent tools deliver agent-safety features: controlled contact, recording of their own traffic, and presence on a map. A platform that collects from the device itself answers a different question — what the device knows, not only where the officer is.

02

Source-code ownership

Ownership is where the long-term cost sits. Delivered code means the agency controls hardening, air-gapped deployment, integration with its own systems, and every future change without waiting on a vendor roadmap.

03

Dual deployment

The same platform supports traditional undercover-agent oversight when installed on agency devices, and lawful investigative collection when deployed against devices of interest. One system, one training path, one audit model.

04

Lawful framing and oversight

Capability of this class belongs inside a documented mandate. Enrollment is tied to an authorized operation, tasking and export rights are held by named officers, and the dashboard records who commanded what, when and why.

In conclusion

Tools such as LETS and Callyo serve a real operational need around agent safety and controlled communications. They do not provide this depth of technical access, coverage of encrypted applications, physical and network context, or an ownership model that removes the vendor from the loop. For agencies that need comprehensive collection from Android devices — inside undercover operations, counterintelligence work or authorized investigative targeting — that difference is the product.

Authorized Use Only

Agency deployment under a documented lawful mandate

This platform is provided exclusively to government intelligence agencies, police departments and law enforcement organizations for the authorized monitoring, protection and coordination of their undercover operatives. Every operation requires lawful authority within the acquiring jurisdiction, and the acquiring agency remains responsible for the authorization covering each enrolled device. We do not provide the platform for unauthorized surveillance, stalking, or use outside a lawful investigation. Each request is reviewed before any acquisition, and all deliveries are conditional upon acceptance of our legal notice.
